Friends & Family Program – Terms & Conditions
Refer a friend or family member to Weichert Insurance for home or auto insurance and receive a $25 gift card when they receive and review a quote with a licensed Insurance Advisor.
Eligibility & Participation
- Open to clients of Weichert Insurance Agency referring personal contacts (friends, family, or acquaintances)
- Weichert employees are not eligible to participate
- Weichert, Realtors Sales Associates may not extend or promote this Program to clients who are currently under an active Buyer Representation Agreement, under contract in purchasing a home, or similar exclusive agreement.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official form: https://weichertinsurance.com/contact/friends-and-family/
- Gift cards will be emailed to the referrer within 4-6 weeks of the quote being reviewed.
Important Guidelines
- Referrals must include accurate contact information and be submitted at the time of referral
- Weichert Sales Associates may not extend this program to clients under an active Buyer Representation Agreement
- No purchase is required; referred individuals are under no obligation
Reward Details
- A $25 gift card is issued after the referred individual receives and reviews a quote
- Availability and eligibility may vary by state
- Rewards are non-transferable and subject to applicable laws
Additional Terms
- Self-referrals and duplicate referrals are not eligible
- Limit one gift card per referred individual per calendar year
- Weichert Insurance reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time
- Program expires 12/31/2026
